I have trouble typing the letters i...

I have trouble typing the letters in the cryptogram,it won't let me do it.Not any Letter.(sherlock Holmes).Can you help?

By i.lovecarousels 10/03/2008	I dont know if the message on the crypt is the same everytime, but my answer was "package on ice retrieve at port'" To put letters in you have to click on the box under the wrong letters and type with your keyboard.
