Videos and instructions were written for the timing of the expert level on the collector's edition of the game.  

Level 1

1. Hire to 5 workers
2. Build cabin and upgrade
3. Upgrade original cabin
4. Build 3 more cabins and upgrade

Level 2

1. Hire 4 workers for a total 5
2. Chop down all trees
3. Build cabin and upgrade
4. Build right bridge
5. Build 2nd cabin and upgrade
6. Chop down trees (need 150 after building next bridge)
7. Build right-most bridge for 200
8. Build 3 more houses and upgrade
9. You do not need to build the bottom left bridge nor hire more than 4-5 workers

Level 3

1. Pick berries
2. Build sawmill
3. Hire to 6 workers
4. Buy 100 wood
5. Build bottom right bridge for 100 wood
6. Buy 50 wood
7. Build 2 cabins
8. Build right bottom bridge for 100 wood
9. Chop trees
10. Build 3rd cabin
11. Build right top bridge for 200 wood
12. Pick berries
13. Build left bottom bridge for 100 wood
14. Hire 2 more workers
15. Buy wood
16. Build 2 more cabins
17. Upgrade all cabins

Level 4

1. Chop trees
2. Build market
3. Buy wood
4. Repair 3 cabins
5. Upgrade all cabins
6. Buy 100 food
7. Hire 2 workers
8. Buy 100 wood
9. Repair 3 piers
10. Buy 100 wood

Level 5

1. Build left bottom bridge for 150

9. Lure elephant for 250 food
10. Build cottage  (you do not need to upgrade the cottages)
11. Build 2nd cottage
12. Build market and buy 100 food
13. Build 2 more cottages 

Level 6

1. Clear wood blockages
2. Repair gold mines
3. Send 2 workers to a mine
4. Build market and buy 250 food
5. Hire 2 workers
6. Send 2 more workers to mine
7. Hire to 8 workers
8. Build cottage and upgrade
9. Build sawmill
10. Build 2 cottages and upgrade
11. Lure elephant for 250 food
12. Build 4 cabins and upgrade [or cottages as shown in video]
13. Demolish market and sawmill

Level 7

This walkthrough below is different but much easier than the video.

1. Build bottom bridge to forestry and top bridge
2. Send 2 workers to forestry
3. Chop trees
4. Build bridge to bottom bushes and pick berries
5. Hire 2 workers
6. Build bridge to 2 forestries
7. Send 4 workers to the forestries
8. Use just the forestry with 6 workers and 3 bridges

Level 8

Click on the hole and not the worker.  Memorize the patterns if needed; they are always the same.

Level 9

1. Open chest
2. Hire to 5 workers
3. Send 2 to forestry
4. Chop trees
5. Bridge bottom left bridge
6. Open chest and mine gold
7. Build market
8. Buy 250 food
9. Hire to 10 workers
10. Staff 2nd forestry
11. Build top right bridge for 300 wood
12. Staff 2 more forestries
13. Buy 100 food
14. Hire to 12 workers
15. Build next bridge for 500 wood
16. Open chest and hire to 16 workers
17. Build 4 cottages and upgrade
18. Hire to 16 workers
19. Demolish market
20. Build sawmill and buy wood
21. Build bridge for 2000 wood
22. Read rune

Level 10

1. Send 2 workers to farm
2. Send 1 worker through the hole to pick berries
3. Hire workers and send through hole
4. Chop wood
5. Hire to 10 workers
6. Build bridge for 200 wood
7. Send 2 workers to farm
8. Build 2nd bridge for 200 wood
9. Build 3 cottages
10. Chop wood in 2 spots
11. Hire to 12 workers
12. Upgrade 3 cottages
13. Build bottom bridge for 200 wood
